Mandoob is a sales app for the field teams of [Digital Harbor / company legal name] ("we"). It is only for people who have an account created by the company. This policy says what the app handles and why.

What the app handles

    • Your account: your phone number, name and role, and the one-time code used to sign in.

    • Business records you work with: customers (names, phone numbers, e-mail, addresses), opportunities, activities, quotations, concrete bookings and their delivery places (a point on the map that you choose), notes, and the company's products and prices.

    • Device information needed to work: a sign-in token and a copy of your records, kept on the phone so that the app works offline.

The app does not ask for your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos. It has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.

Where the data goes

    • Your records are sent to and received from the company's own server (Odoo) over an encrypted connection. The company owns that data.

    • The sign-in token is kept in the phone's secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android). The records are kept in a database inside the app, which is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

    • When you open a map, the map pictures are loaded from OpenStreetMap's servers, which see your phone's IP address and the area you look at (see https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy). If you choose "Open in OpenStreetMap", the place opens in your browser.

    • When you share a quotation, the PDF is handed to the app you pick (WhatsApp, e-mail and so on). That app's own policy applies from then on.

We do not sell the data and do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

On the phone, until you sign out or remove the app. On the server, for as long as the company keeps it for its business and the law requires.

Your choices

    • Sign out of the app at any time to remove its data from the phone.

    • To see, correct or delete data about you or about a customer, contact [support e-mail].

Children

The app is for employees and is not meant for children.

مندوب تطبيق مبيعات للفرق الميدانية في [ديجيتال هاربر / الاسم القانوني للشركة] ("نحن"). هو مخصص فقط لمن لديهم حساب أنشأته الشركة. توضح هذه السياسة ما يتعامل معه التطبيق ولماذا.

ما الذي يتعامل معه التطبيق

    • حسابك: رقم هاتفك واسمك ودورك، ورمز التحقق المؤقت لتسجيل الدخول.

    • سجلات العمل: العملاء (الأسماء وأرقام الهاتف والبريد والعناوين) والفرص والأنشطة وعروض الأسعار وحجوزات الخرسانة وأماكن التوريد (نقطة على الخريطة تختارها) والملاحظات ومنتجات الشركة وأسعارها.

    • بيانات الجهاز اللازمة للعمل: رمز تسجيل الدخول ونسخة من سجلاتك محفوظة على الهاتف ليعمل التطبيق بدون إنترنت.

التطبيق لا يطلب موقعك ولا الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الصور. ولا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبع.

إلى أين تذهب البيانات

    • تُرسل سجلاتك وتُستقبل من خادم الشركة الخاص (Odoo) عبر اتصال مشفّر. والشركة هي مالكة هذه البيانات.

    • رمز الدخول محفوظ في التخزين الآمن للهاتف (Keychain على آيفون وKeystore على أندرويد). والسجلات في قاعدة بيانات داخل التطبيق تُحذف عند تسجيل الخروج أو حذف التطبيق.

    • عند فتح الخريطة تُحمَّل صور الخريطة من خوادم OpenStreetMap، وهي ترى عنوان IP لهاتفك والمنطقة التي تعرضها (راجع https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy). وإذا اخترت "فتح في OpenStreetMap" يُفتح المكان في المتصفح.

    • عند مشاركة عرض سعر يُسلَّم ملف PDF للتطبيق الذي تختاره (واتساب أو البريد وغيرهما) وتسري سياسته من ذلك الحين.

لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة أخرى.

مدة الاحتفاظ

على الهاتف حتى تسجّل الخروج أو تحذف التطبيق. وعلى الخادم بقدر ما تحتفظ به الشركة لعملها وما يوجبه النظام.

خياراتك

    • سجّل الخروج في أي وقت لإزالة بيانات التطبيق من الهاتف.

    • لمعرفة بياناتك أو بيانات عميل أو تصحيحها أو حذفها راسل [البريد الإلكتروني للدعم].

الأطفال

التطبيق للموظفين وليس موجهاً للأطفال.

التعديلات

إذا تغيرت هذه السياسة يتغير التاريخ أعلاه.
