02Data we collect

We collect only what you give us through our forms, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run and protect the site.

Forms, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and other marketing channels

When you submit a form, we may collect your first and last name, work email, job title, company name, phone number (if provided), and any message you send us.

Contact and consultation requests on this website

Full name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.

Resource library

When you request a document from the resource library, we collect your contact details and record which documents you requested and downloaded.

Factory readiness assessment

Factory or company name, your name and job title, industry, city, number of employees, mobile number, email address and website.
Your answers to the sixteen assessment questions and the result calculated from them.
Your answers to the optional closing questions: company size, licence status, transformation goal, largest cost item and performance indicators measured.
Your consent to be contacted, with its date and version.

The assessment has its own short notice in Arabic: إشعار خصوصية تقييم جاهزية المصنع.

Operational assessments

Full name, company, work email, phone number, and the answers you give, which we use to prepare your report.

Client accounts

If you have a client account, we process your login email and the records linked to your account.

Technical data

The page a form was sent from, the referring page, your browser language, and campaign details carried in the link you followed (source, campaign, medium, event or QR code).
Browser family and device type in general terms.
A salted, one-way hash of your IP address, kept with form submissions only to limit automated abuse.
Standard server logs, which record IP address, time and the page requested.

We do not ask for financial statements, payment card details or government identity numbers through this website.

03Cookies and storage

This website uses only what it needs to work:

Session cookie, which keeps forms secure and keeps you signed in if you have an account.
Language cookie, which remembers the language the site is served in.
Browser local storage, which remembers your light or dark theme, your English or Arabic choice, and your progress in the factory readiness assessment so a refresh does not lose it.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not load third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this website.

To respond to your request.
To arrange demos or quotations.
To share relevant information about our Odoo and technology services.
To improve our offerings.
To show you your assessment result, email it to you, and prepare the report or documents you asked for.
To record your request in our customer relationship system so our team can follow it up.
To understand which campaigns and events bring visitors to us.
To protect the website against spam and misuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal effect on you.

05Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

06Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate (such as CRM and email tools), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. In practice that means:

Digital Harbor staff who handle your request.
Service providers who host our systems, run our CRM or deliver our email, acting on our instructions.
Public authorities, when the law requires it.

If personal data needs to be transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we do so only in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and its transfer rules.

07Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Factory readiness assessments that are started but never completed are deleted automatically after seven days.
Completed assessments and contact requests are kept as business enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and manage our relationship with you.
Records we must keep by law, such as contracts and invoices, are kept for the period the law requires.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see your rights below.

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

The website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Access to enquiry and assessment records is limited to authorised staff.
Assessment result pages use long random links rather than sequential numbers.
IP addresses stored with form submissions are hashed and cannot be reversed.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.

09Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing at any time by contacting us. Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

Be informed about how your personal data is collected and used.
Access your personal data and receive a copy of it.
Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
Ask us to destroy data we no longer need.
Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

To use any of these rights, email sales@digital-harbor.net. We will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
